Darren Olney-Fraser Executive Chairman & CEO
Darren is a professional company director and former corporate lawyer with extensive funds management experience. Over the last 10 years, he has grown business interests of over $200M in property, equities and equipment finance. He is also presently an Executive Director of both ASX-listed Mariner Corporation Limited and Australian Public Trustees Limited. Darren previously practiced law for 15 years with Baker & McKenzie and Blake Dawson, and was a partner at Andersen Legal. He holds Bachelors of Science and Laws from Monash University and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
Adrian Olney Executive Director & Company Secretary
Adrian is professional director with extensive management experience. He is a co-founder of Australian Public Trustees with his brother, Darren Olney-Fraser, where he has carried executive responsibility for management of its national property portfolio for over 7 years. Adrian is a qualified engineer with property management experience, and a background in design and construction management. He previously worked for over 10 years in consulting engineering firms at Connell Wagner, Young Consulting Engineers and Arup. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Graduate Diploma of Management.
Matthew Fletcher Executive Director & General Manager
Mr Fletcher is an investment banker with a background in commercial/corporate finance and funds management. He was appointed General Manager of Stanfield in August 2010 and is also Managing Director of Stanfield's wholly-owned, AFS-licenced subsidiary, Stanfield Securities Limited. His previous roles have included Managing Director of boutique fund manager, Astrum Funds Management Ltd and senior management positions with Lloyds Banking Group, National Australia Bank (London) and St.George Bank. Mr Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance), a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). He is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Andrew Georgiou Chief Financial Officer
Andrew is an accountant with a wide range of experience. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has been a member of Australian Society of Accountants for over 30 years. Andrew has been involved in various industries including previous roles with Port Phillip Mills wool processing, Toll Transport and West Coast Railway. He is currently the principal accounting officer for a number of corporate entities including Stanfield Funds Management Limited, Mariner Corporation Limited and Australian Public Trustees Limited.
